“Our man” can be either male or female tall or short an eye patch-sporting rogue dressed in nothing but black an austere nobleman warrior who’s too good to be slumming it with the common riff-raff a pupil-less anime demigod or anything in between. While it’s not the most all-encompassing character creator out there, the customization options available in Attack on Titan 2 should allow most players to create their ideal soldier. Unlike its predecessor, Attack on Titan 2 follows the story from the perspective of an unnamed soldier referred to as “our man.” This character serves as a means for players to plausibly involve themselves in the world and story of Attack on Titan while also enabling them to learn more about their favorite characters. Even though most gamers won’t necessarily be familiar with its source material, Attack on Titan 2 delivers an experience that’s easy to get into and sure to please both fans and newcomers alike.Īttack on Titan 2 tells the story of Eren Yeager and his comrades in arms as they struggle to save themselves and the rest of humanity from mindless, man-eating, giants known as “Titans.” The game does a good job of retelling what’s already been covered in the anime, so while fans who’ve been keeping up all along might be disappointed in the lack of new plot points, the game serves as an excellent entry point for those who haven’t seen this world yet. Seeing their big release for the year received like this has got to sting, but the tides might yet turn in Omega Force’s favor. The developer kicked 2018 off by releasing the highly-anticipated ninth mainline entry in their flagship Dynasty Warriors series, which unfortunately failed to rise above its empty map and repetitive gameplay, and it wound up being received as a mediocre, albeit well-meaning, attempt to revitalize a series that’s grown stale over the past few years. Important to have a decent amount of Regiment Funds because you’re not going to be getting all that much by farming the scout missions over and over again.Omega Force hasn’t had a pleasant year so far. By waiting until late game, you’ll have access to all the shops/gifts. Distribute the gifts accordingly to the characters that like them when you feel you have a good enough amount. Plus, you need to talk to them at some levels because they won’t gain anymore exp once you do.Īfter around a couple runs of “First Scout Mission Beyond the Walls”, I would recommend going to each shop and buying up all the gift items. Can gain some easy friendship during conversation. Make to check your map every so often and talk to the other characters when you see the hand-shake icon by their name. Once you max Friendship with most of the characters you can just focus on building Friendship with the person following you and rush the last target on each battle. While doing these missions you should start off saving everyone to build Friendship with them post battle. Since it’s one of the earlier ones, it’s pretty easy and has four battle points. The mission I used for farming is “First Scout Mission Beyond the Walls”. The method I used is to activate Intensive Cleaning Week and have the person I’m trying to build Friendship with follow along on Scout Missions. The passive skill might only apply to gifts & conversations though. There is also a passive skill called “Friendship” that increases gains. The regiment policy “Intensive Cleaning Week” is your go to for farming friendship. Well, first I would recommend farming friendship later in the story mode when Utgard Castle is available and you have a decent amount of regiment funds.
